About The Role
We are seeking confident administrators who have had exposure to recruitment processes and can hit the ground running.
- Build & maintain relationships with prospective and existing candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates, and manage consultant calendars for face-to-face interviews.
- Liaising with vendors to coordinate pre-employment testing.
- Contract generation.
- Team admin support as required.
About You
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport easily over the phone with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
- Must have some experience/knowledge of recruitment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process driven, eye for detail and sound judgement
- Available to start immediately
