**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

We are looking for a Digital Asset Assistant who will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate information for digital asset, financial, and purchasing activities using Council systems. This role supports the ongoing development of digital asset management to optimise lifecycle costs and achieve agreed levels of service. Additionally, the Digital Asset Assistant assists in the purchasing of all digital software, hardware, and allied services, and contributes to digital assets planning and lifecycle management following ITSM best practices.

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**
- To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum of one years' experience in an Information Technology Environment
- IT qualification or relevant experience that demonstrates an equivalent level of ITSM knowledge
- Experience in running analysis and reporting an advantage

- Hours of work - Fulltime Permanent Position
- Location - This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch
- Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $65,502 - $72,780 per annum based on a 40 hour week.
