**About the role**:
Reporting to the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, and working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining content for the website including using a range of digital marketing channels including EDM and socials to ensure a consistently high standard of output.

You will implement insights from digital and CRM analysis campaigns, track and report ROI and continuously looking to improve revenue return and customer engagement from all digital campaigns.

You will have outstanding creative and organisational skills able to write, design and target engaging content that motivates our customers to take action. We are a busy team, so it’s critical that you have the ability to juggle and prioritise workloads and deadlines. You will be all over the latest in the retail and online shopping trends with a natural curiosity of all things digital. Some technical, copy writing, and design experience along with an eye for detail is a given as is the desire to work within a high performing team.

Successful applicant:

- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role
- Some understanding of e-commerce platforms using a variety of CMSs
- A basic understanding of UX principles
- A good understanding of Social Media best practices
- Experience with asset management and creation
- Familiarity with digital analytics and the capability to analyse data and identify trends to aid your decision making (Google Analytics, Social Analytics)
- Some experience working with HTML.
