**Job Summary**

As our Digital Engineering Leader, you will be an integral part of the strategic decisions across the Civil Infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Water, Aviation) business.

You will also work with peers from around the world to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our digital delivery systems and processes.

We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated leadership in transforming teams and projects from traditional design processes to digital engineering delivery.
**Minimum Requirements**Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.Strong Leader with excellent interpersonal skills, who is able to work with and support staff.Client focused (both internal and external clients).

**Desirable Technical experience**:
Knowledge of current Digital Engineering software solutions such as Revit, Civil 3D, 12D, Forge Platform, Navisworks, ArcGIS, OpenRoads.Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Projectwise, 360 Docs, Aconex, C4R etc.Understanding of BIM processesKnowledge of integration between Asset Management Systems, BIM, and GIS.

**Preferred Qualifications**

10+ years relevant experience with a tertiary qualification in engineering, design or a related field.
