**The role**:
Due to on-going growth, we are looking for a Programme Manager - Integrated Asset Management (IAM) on a 24-month contract reporting to our General Manager Digital, Data and Technology, to assist with critical business projects across five focus areas. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of Orion’s Integrated Asset Management program, this comes with system, platform and technology focused business change management, we want you to take us on the journey, it’s all about who you are, how you do things, and how you can positively impact the way we operate.

If you are a seasoned program manager who has a passion and understanding of our domain, enjoy working with complex enterprise platforms, and improving end-to-end value chains, establishing processes, systems and automation with solid business change management, you’ll want to know more.

**A little more about the role**:

- Implement, manage, and lead the IAM program and delivery teams to act as a lead between the stakeholder, business and the program
- Demonstrate effective change management to ensure our people, our process and our behaviours are accommodated through program deliverables, come embed a new way of working
- Identify potential risks and issues to our current and future program delivery developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with senior leaders, stakeholders and suppliers
- Management of program and project budgets and forecasts, business cases, project scoping and project management plans and controls ensuring quality and cost expectations are met
- Leverage change management methodologies, processes and tolls to ensure change adoption is successful and measurable

**A little about you**:
Your background will be strong across a utility and asset management domain, where business change management is what gets you up in a morning and spins your wheels. You will have exceptional business acumen and strong vendor management experience, but it’s all about how you engage, consult and coach to build capable functional change at all levels that is going to be key.
- Strong personal and program leadership skills with the ability to motive and empower others
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Programme Manager for medium to large businesses with a relevant tertiary degree in business management, project management or computer sciences
- Previous experience leading and implementing complex enterprise systems and technology
- Strong understanding of the electricity supply industry
- The desire and passion to create, build and implement with a multi-faceted outlook
