This role is ideal for a junior to intermediate digital marketing assistant who's ready to make a meaningful impact in a busy, creative team.

About the Role

You'll support the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer across both digital and traditional marketing activities. This is a varied and hands-on role that blends creativity, coordination, and communication — helping bring our brand to life both online and in-store.

From creating content and scheduling social media posts to coordinating print materials and assisting with email communications, you'll help ensure our marketing runs seamlessly and stays true to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and assist in executing marketing campaigns across social media, website, and email.
  • Create and schedule engaging photo, video, and written content that showcases our plants, products, and people.
  • Support website updates to keep content fresh, accurate, and on-brand.
  • Assist with SEO and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reports using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or spreadsheets.
  • Respond to customer and store marketing-related emails promptly and professionally.
  • Help communicate marketing updates and materials to stores and internal teams.
  • Support production and printing of marketing materials such as signage, flyers, labels, and POS.
  • Assist with photography, media assets, and seasonal marketing calendars.
  • Identify content opportunities and trends to grow engagement and reach.
What You'll Bring
  • A sound understanding of marketing fundamentals — branding, campaigns, and audience engagement.
  • Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
  • Photography and basic video editing skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads (a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite.
  • A genuine interest in gardening or plants — enthusiasm and authenticity go a long way
