At CountdownX we’ve activated our new operating model as we accelerate our ambition to create highly personalised, seamless and connected experiences for our customers. To help us succeed, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Practice here in Aotearoa.

Joining our talented team, you’re accountable for delivering end to end business and customer value by owning the product strategy, discovery and delivery of Countdown’s Registration and Onboarding Experience. Our Product Managers inspire cross-functional teams to build industry-leading products to solve real problems for our customers and maximise business value. As a Product Manager you are responsible for the product strategy, have commercial accountability and contribute to the practice by defining frameworks and supporting others with the craft.

The focus of this Product Manager role is to shape the front door to Countdown’s digital ecosystem, leading the onboarding experience and enabling customers to personalise their experience through use of preferences.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Understand your product; its customers, value potential, roadmap, lifecycle and performance; and share this with clarity and enthusiasm around our business
- Lead the Acquire, Onboard & Preferences squad through outcome focused discovery, delivery and iteration
- Collaborate across Squads, Tribes, Customer Care and wider Business Stakeholders to maximise end-to-end value
- Work closely with Architecture and the wider Woolworths Group to define integrated strategic roadmaps align with key technology roadmaps
- Foster a sustainable culture of high performance and lead by example
- Join Countdown’s product community to contribute, learn, share and become a product evangelist at our organisation

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who enjoys inspiring and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role you will:

- Be an advocate for empowered product teams
- Be data driven, customer obsessed and outcome focused
- Know how to build product value through experimentation and iteration
- Have experience constructing product strategies and securing buy-in and support across the business
- Be comfortable leading in a technical domain
- Be a confident coach, helping others embed great practices
- Optionally, have experience in similar fields, ie. Digital Experiences, Customer Onboarding and Lifecycle Management
