We’re on the look-out for a new Product Manager to join a high performing team. Do you want to be a part of a team delivering market differentiating products and services? This Product Manager position will enable you to create purposeful portfolio strategies and roadmaps whilst driving best in class management of products throughout their lifecycle.

This role will be a member of the tribe delivering market leading products and services for our Wholesale customers. The role will be based in Auckland.

**What’s expected in the role**:

- You understand and deliver strong portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmaps, with a track record of delivering strong commercial performance for your products
- You make data driven decisions based off customer business needs in designing your product roadmaps
- You understand how to manage and grow strategic partnerships
- You drive the best practice use of product management principles and frameworks, including product development and product lifecycle management
- You enjoy working collaboratively with others right across the business to deliver great outcomes, and you have strong stakeholder influencing skills
- You're keen to immerse yourself within the full agile way of working, we have great agile coaches to help you along the way
- You are a quick learner, willing to step up and give anything a go

**Who you’ll work with**:
This role reports to the Chapter Lead but is part of a Tribe. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a number of stakeholders including other Product Tribes, Digital Infrastructure, Network Evolution, Spark Group Sales, Legal, Strategy/Regulatory.

**What you will bring with you**:

- Ideally experience in, or passion for, the world of B2B products and propositions for the domestic and international carrier and service provider market segments
- 2 years' + experience in product management or similar delivering to Business segment outcomes
- A proven track record or a passion for driving digital first pathways and technologies for customers.
- You encourage a culture of learning, pace, innovation, and improvement
