**The opportunity**

**About the role**

The

**Product Manage**r position will be responsible for delivering transformative, world-class products and services. They will play a critical role in achieving the products’ vision. Specifically, a customer level intuitive experience, industry leading innovation in farm technology and to be the best in the market.

**The fit**

  • Innovate on behalf of customers using data, customer insights, emerging technology, and an internal team of talent from a range of disciplines.
  • Manage and oversee a roadmap aligned with a product or subset of the client vision; continuously prioritising this work to maximise their resources to achieve the most significant impact.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation, definition, technical delivery through to launch and beyond.
  • Identify opportunities in the market and bring them to life without explicit direction.
  • Define and evaluate ROI and success for products and services.
  • Make day to day decisions considering a diverse range of priorities, including customers, strategic opportunities and stakeholder needs.
  • Leverage domain expertise in all product delivery (GxExM, Data, AI).

**Product Delivery**

  • Provide comprehensive product and design direction to colleagues within the product management practice to ensure they provide value delivering services to customers.
  • Define and own the go-to-market strategy relating to the products and services within the roadmap.
  • Implement metric based reporting for products and services and utilise both qualitative and quantitative analytics.
  • Work to the Product Delivery framework.
