Are you ready to make an impact? We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our dynamic team in this exciting growth role.

As a key member of our direct phone-based Business Banking team, you’ll engage with our valued customers, delivering exceptional service across portfolio and relationship lending, as well as transaction banking functions for our SME customer portfolio.

In this role, you’ll manage and grow business customer relationships to drive profitability, satisfaction, and thoughtful decision-making. You’ll identify and fulfill customer needs through consultative conversations, deliver tailored solutions, and provide valued advice that builds sustainable, long-term relationships. With your insights into credit origination, you’ll add value to every interaction.

- Proven experience in business or commercial lending, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Solid credit analysis skills with a practical understanding of lending across business or commercial banking
- Demonstrable knowledge of general business with an awareness of market and industry trends
- Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships and puts customer needs first
- Financially literate, with the ability to clearly explain lending decisions and guide customers
