**About Us**

Hill Labs, a leading provider of analytical laboratory services in New Zealand, is undergoing a significant digital transformation programme. We are modernising our bespoke Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and implementing a new ERP system to transform our finance, procurement, and operational processes.

**We are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to lead our business analysis function. This role will play a critical part in shaping the team, driving excellence in analysis practices, and ensuring the success of our strategic projects.**

**The Role**

As a Business Analysis Manager, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Analyse and document financial and operational processes to generate actionable requirements for system implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop solutions that deliver business value.
- Develop and maintain project plans for requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and change management.
- Work within a balanced Agile team, including developers and QA specialists, to deliver on sprint goals and project timelines.
- Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical design.

**About You**

You are an experienced business analysis professional with leadership skills and a passion for enabling business transformation through technology. Your deep understanding of ERP systems, finance, and operational processes equips you to identify opportunities for improvement and align solutions with organisational goals.
- Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring business analysts.
- 7+ years of business analysis experience
- Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
- Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to sprint planning and delivery.
- Interest in solution architecture and delivering sustainable, high-value solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Exposure to the complexity of a laboratory will also be a distinct benefit but not essential.
