Due to the nature of the role, this role may need you to start early to cater to the teams' requirements. As such, this role will suit someone who is able to commit to flexible start times.**The role**
Reporting to the Customer Excellence Service Manager, you’ll be providing excellent customer service for our two teams - Operations Team (Faults & Dispatch Coordination) and Customer Care Team (Electricity & Fibre Network). Along with these, you’ll also:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming customer queries either reporting a fault, or seeking assistance for value added services in Northpower’s Electricity and Fibre Network
- Co-ordinate the dispatch of fault jobs or reactive work and booked appointments
- Providing guidance on the process for new customer connections
- Ensure all administrative tasks supporting dispatch are completed, to prescribed Network guidelines/requirements
- Overview of day to day dispatch functions when the Dispatcher is away
- Provide administration duties including data entry of the customer and issue details and any relevant updates as they become available
- Scheduling appointments with customers

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable liaising with multiple people and departments, be detail-focussed and able to see the bigger picture. This is a busy role and no two days will be the same, thus it goes without saying that you’ll be friendly and resilient. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:
- Previous experience working in a similar or client/customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of working on CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet targets and deadlines
