We are growing and have several opportunities for **Full Time Customer Care Representatives** to join our team based in **Wiri, Manukau.**

Hours of work are **Full Time** and you must be available to work **Monday to Saturday (between 7AM to 8PM)** as we are currently reviewing our contact centre hours.

We are one of Auckland's most dynamic, interesting contact centres, where no two days are the same Our Customer Care team is a pivotal part of the business; we are the centre point between our on-road sales team, our distribution centres and our customers, ensuring that the right product gets to the right customer, on time.

**The Role?**
- Trouble-shoot, educate, consult and guide our customers
- Be an absolute knowledge guru on all NZ Safety Blackwoods products & services (full training will be provided on this)
- Deliver seamless, outstanding and premium customer service/experience.
- Slot into a big, fun team of like-minded individuals
- Build rapport, collaborate with other teams, and - most importantly - **have fun**

**As the voice of NZ Safety Blackwoods you will require**:

- Call Centre / Contact Centre / Phone based Customer Services Experience
- A positive, glass-half-full attitude
- To be delivery-focused and solution orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer skills - CRM experience is helpful
- A passion for and curiously for talking tools, engineering & safety equipment
- Organizational skills and the ability to juggle many tasks at once.
