**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Support representative to join our team. As a Customer Support representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service delivery.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.

Commitment to providing exceptional service and representing our brand with integrity.

**Salary**: $994.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
