Our client is seeking an outgoing and professional individual who will bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the team. This is a well-known and respected organisation located in the heart of Parnell. You must have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proactive and have a positive attitude.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and attending social functions, client meetings, and team events
- Working closely with the EA to the CEO to ensure smooth running of the office
- Preparing and managing meeting agendas, minute taking, and reports
- Providing administrative support to other teams with any requirements and issues they may encounter
- Arranging travel arrangements, such as flights, transport, and accommodations
