Are you seeking an administration role working 24-30 hours per week (flexible) near Auckland airport??

Join a multinational company specialising in products for the construction and building industries.

Your new role
Interact with internal and external customers to ensure that all orders, customer queries, quotes and sales tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner while supporting the Office Supervisor with day to day admin responsibilities.

Investigate customer complaints or requests and advise of action required
Liaise with Finance and Warehouse for orders and credits
Data Entry into SMS, Quotes, PCF’s

Loading customer purchase orders

What you'll need to succeed

Previous customer service / admin experience
Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Good all-round office and communication skills.
Intermediate MS Windows skills.
Strong database management skills
Professional telephone manner.
Ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer information.
Ability to multi-task and work within a small team environment.
Display a proactive can do approach to problem solving.
Demonstrate a punctual and professional outlook.
Be motivated and a self-starter
A want to learn and achieve
Previous experience in the construction and freight industry or similar desirable
