**Description**:
Are you ready to be a critical team member of a dynamic office environment? We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Administration Assistant to join our modern Auckland office and play a key role in supporting our New Zealand business.

The Role
- Be the friendly face and voice of our office—greet visitors, manage calls, and coordinate meeting spaces.
- Organise travel, accommodation, catering, and events, ensuring every detail is covered.
- Keep our office running smoothly—manage supplies, handle mail and couriers, and maintain a welcoming workspace.
- Support our finance team with expense processing, invoice preparation, and debtor management.
- Help new colleagues feel at home by assisting with onboarding and access.
- Collaborate across departments and locations, making a real impact every day.

**Qualifications**:
The Responsbilities
- A natural multitasker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation.
- Excellent communicator—both written and verbal—with a calm, professional approach.
- Experience as an assistant or receptionist, and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic Excel.
- Familiarity with Oracle and SharePoint is a plus.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys solving problems proactively.
