The Partner Engagement Manager is responsible for the planning to ensure both Police and our strategic partner stay aligned and that future opportunities are identified. This includes the coordination of operational, strategic and governance level meetings to enable both parties to explore optimisation and innovation opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the strategic partner and their services as well as the internal product ecosystem that the supplier supports to ensure optimal value is delivered to the organisation. **Key Accountabilities**: - Service Delivery - manage the delivery of the Response (111 Emergency response services) on behalf of our internal customers. - Strategy development - Provide advice to the Product Manager on the ongoing strategic direction of our supplier to ensure alignment of the Response Product Vision with Emergency Communication and Dispatch Centres business strategy. - Financial management - Track and report relevant budgetary spending where appropriate and ensure Product Managers and Product Owners are supported in decision making. - Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our supplier and end users of services to facilitate resolution of any issues in a timely manner and ensure quality standards are maintained or exceeded. **He aha taau e kawe mai | What you'll bring** Whilst we are looking for skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role, we also place high importance on your state of mind, the alignment of your values with ours, your ability to contribute to and build high performing teams, and the way that you lead yourself or others. - Have experience in engaging with stakeholders and developing strong relationships. - Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and our strategic partners. - Seek clarity about the outcomes and activities that the strategic partnership delivers. - Deliver high standards of service to all stakeholders in a professional manner.
