**What you'll be doing**:
- **Discover and Define**:Precisely identify high-impact problems to solve at scale, maximising the team's effectiveness and output.
- **Risk and Delivery**:Share your understanding of business constraints and customer needs with your product team, ensuring everyone fully understands the problem and has the context needed to deliver effective solutions.
- **Influence and Stakeholder management**:Leverage data and reasoning to gain support from teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, ensuring everyone is aligned on which problems to prioritise and the outcomes to aim for.

- Contributing to a world class product team by sharing your knowledge and showcasing exceptional product management skills.
- Building strong retailer advocacy, increasing retailer empathy and understanding throughout the company.
**What you need to bring**:
- Prior experience working on technology-driven products as a product manager, product designer, or user researcher.
- Proven ability to learn and understand various functional areas of a business, including engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges, assess risks with sound judgment, and present well-structured, data-backed arguments in written form.
- Previous experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a positive and productive manner.
