You’ll be part of a Product team responsible for designing innovative, forward-thinking products that people enjoy using. The customer is at the centre of everything we do, and we’re always working to learn what they need from MYOB.
We are open to this role being based in New Zealand or Australia.
**The opportunity**
You’ll be part of our Enterprise team, joining a Product team responsible for building and operating our Payroll & Workforce Management solutions which are used by enterprise businesses in Australia and New Zealand. You'll be responsible for the Advanced Workforce Management product and work closely with teams to deliver great product experiences for customers.

**The role**
As the Product Manager you will be the champion of the Advanced Workforce Management product and responsible for bringing the voice of the customer into the product planning and the product lifecycle. Including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, working with the Senior Product Manager to define the product strategy for your product and working closely with our development partners, Go to market, sales and customer success teams to ensure the success of your product.

What we'd love you to bring*
- Real world experience in the payroll & workforce management domain in Australia and New Zealand ; you may have worked as Workforce manager or as a Workforce management consultant, implementer or product manager.
- You will have strong knowledge of workforce management best practices, Fairwork Modern Awards/EBAs, leave and holidays and other relevant payroll & employment law.
- Ability to manage key vendor relationships, including communicating and negotiating priorities and deliverables.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritise deliverables based on customer value.
- Experience engaging with customers to understand their challenges and able to translate customer needs into technical scope
- Ability to work with go to market teams to help formulate the value proposition and positioning
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
- Experience with demonstrating and explaining complex products to stakeholders, to ensure they understand key features and benefits
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, establish priorities and self-motivate
- Flexibility with working with clients in different time zones
