**Team Summary**:
Spend Clarity for Enterprise. Every business has unique requirements for managing their spend, whether that be high volume transactions, complex organizational structures with sophisticated authorization requirements, or a wide array of suppliers. **Visa Spend Clarity for Enterprise** simplifies the complexity of expense management, providing easy-to-use spend controls, innovative mobile and virtual payment solutions and detailed, streamlined reporting, to help medium to large businesses organize expenses, accelerate efficiency, mitigate risks, optimize cashflow, achieve spend visibility and control, and drive compliance.

**Job Description**:
This role focuses on defining and leading the vision, strategy, and goals for the **Reporting, Data & Insights product area** whilst acting as an evangelist of the product vision across the business. You will work closely with the Head of Product Management to ensure alignment to the overall business strategy to not only drive growth of the Spend Clarity Enterprise product in our key target segments via our partner bank and Visa Reseller channels.

This is a senior role who will provide strong leadership qualities and embrace and lead the change to a product centric philosophy. You will lead by example and drive high value experiences at every stage of the product journey with customer experience at heart whilst providing mentorship and coaching of other product managers in the team.

You will drive and execute the product strategy through strong collaboration with not only our Engineering, UX and product teams but also with partners across Visa (e.g. marketing, legal, sales, regional leads etc) throughout the product life cycle for various activities such as go to market and engaging customers in strategic and design discovery.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years’ relevant experience in product management or a similar role in software organizations
- Experience in SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of modern product development and design process which leverages human-centred design practices
- Experience building web and mobile products with a demonstrated ability to drive a product concept from inception, design, development to launch and measure & learn.
- Experience defining strategic priorities, helping others relate to and align with it and setting product vision and strategy
- Capable of working closely with engineering and customer teams in parallel as part of the product development process
- Track record in making product decisions whilst balancing between market, customer, industry, technology with ability in turning data into insights
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
- Background in people leadership with a solid track record of getting the best from people, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members
- Experience using a range of metrics to monitor the success and health of products and services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business
- Strong facilitation and improvisation skills, with the ability to conduct effective workshops and meetings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, can collaborate with a large and varied group of stakeholders
- Experience advocating for a product or service with customers and stakeholders
- Experience fostering an open and collaborative environment
