This is a senior strategic role, responsible for embedding Te Tiriti o Waitangi into the heart of the organisation. You will lead the development of a Tiriti excellence strategy, drive institutional transformation, and deliver meaningful outcomes for Māori ākonga, kaimahi, and whānau. As Pou Mātārae, you will champion kaupapa Māori approaches across all areas including governance, operations, teaching, research, and community engagement. You'll be responsible for ensuring Māori success is visible, measurable, and enduring.

You will bring deep knowledge of te reo me ngā tikanga, kaupapa Māori research, and iwi engagement. Your proven leadership in strategy, system change, and Tiriti partnership will enable you to influence at the highest levels.
