We're looking for a passionate Pou Whirinaki to join our team and provide expert cultural advice.You will:

- Champion Fire and Emergency's commitment to Māori (tangata whenua) within a specific business group.
- Partner with the group to develop culturally appropriate strategies for Māori communities.
- Provide guidance on tikanga Māori and cultural protocols.
- Mentor the business group to improve their cultural capability.
