**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated **Senior Transport Planner** to join our vibrant and enthusiastic group based in **Auckland**. You will be delivering high quality work, managing projects and undertaking tasks in an autonomous manner.

**What will I do?**
- Lead and work with the wider team on some of our key transportation and urban development projects within NZ;
- Provide overall transport planning and project management expertise on transport planning projects;
- Plan, detail and deliver transportation planning projects;
- Bring understanding of the challenges our clients are facing and develop sustainable strategies and solutions; and
- Be responsible for the performance and development of others through providing guidance, training, direction and feedback.

**What will I bring?**
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications with postgraduate studies in Transport Planning, Transport Engineering, or similar;
- Current track record in Transportation Planning, urban development, and/or infrastructure projects including experience working with clients either in a consulting capacity or organisation with significant stakeholders;
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments;
- Positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines; and
- Desire to excel and fantastic interpersonal skills.
