Customer Service Representative (Damages)
- You'll do your training in Ngaio, then work in Carmel Terrace
- $26.06 per hour
- Varied and physical role

As a Customer Service Representative based in our Wellington Super Depot in Grenada North, you will provide excellence in customer service, to both internal and external customers,solving inquiries and requests for NZ Post products.

You will answer calls in relation to damaged items and complaint resolutions. This is an active role where you will need to be comfortable in a physical environment where you will be lifting and sorting parcels. You will often be required to go into our operations centre to search for customer's missing or damaged items.

About you
- Experience in a phone based customer service environment
- Knowledge of CRM and other customer data systems
- Experience working in a warehousing or logistics environment and ability to lift parcels up to 25 KG
- Have a friendly and approachable team spirit

**What we need from you**:

- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 7am - 3.30pm
- Have reliable transport as there is no public transport near or to the Wellington Super Depot
- Be availabe to work throughout our 'peak' period between Nov and the end of Janaury, without taking any leave
- Be a committed teammate, keeping yourself, others and the site safe
- Energy for a physically demanding role - can you lift up to 25kgs?
- Someone who enjoys working hard and managing your time
- An eye for detail and good geographical knowledge
