We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Wellington team.
About The Role
Operating Hours
We offer full-time opportunities with flexible hours to accommodate your commitments. Our operating hours are:

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (NZST & NZDT)

You will work on a rotating roster. This role is due to commence 12th of May 2025.
Skills & experience
- Excellent customer service skills - self driven to provide meaningful customer connections through every contact
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused
- Active listening & demonstrating the appropriate empathy towards customers
- A team player focus, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
- Clear communication skills to customers and stakeholders
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience adhering to KPI's
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to navigate multiple screens and a typing speed of 30WPM
- Previous financial experience would be highly regarded
