**What you'll do**:
As Product Manager - Enterprise, you'll take ownership of shaping our enterprise product portfolio to deliver value for our largest customers and for Genesis. This is a highly strategic role where you'll:

- Develop and implement product strategies that grow revenue, acquire new customers, and increase long-term customer value.
- Build and manage a product portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment to customer lifecycles and business goals.
- Conduct deep market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead product initiatives in an agile environment, from ideation through to launch, service, and continuous improvement.
- Create compelling business cases backed by analysis and insights to influence senior stakeholders.
- Champion the customer, ensuring their needs are central to product design and experience.

**What you'll bring**:
We're looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who's as comfortable with data as with big-picture planning. You'll bring:

- 5+ years' experience in product management or product marketing, ideally with exposure to enterprise or complex service industries.
- Proven experience in identifying new value streams and launching innovative products to market.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including Go To Market planning and execution.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, backed by strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A structured, organised approach with resilience and a drive to deliver.
