**Professional Services Coordinator - 12 months Maternity Cover**

**Are you experienced in providing superior pre-sales trials and coordination support to internal teams and customers?**

**What you’ll do**:
This is an opportunity to join us to initially provide maternity cover of 12 months, where you'll be exposed to many areas across the business and able to develop your knowledge and skills ready for your next role... and who knows, this could be with us

You’ll join our Professional Services Team and provide support with large implementations. You’ll build relationships with internal and external teams and work with our enterprise customers answering their queries and rolling out their solutions. You’ll train customers to help them realise the full potential of our solution. Ultimately driving outstanding results for the customer and for Teletrac Navman.

**What will help you succeed**:
You’ll be proactive and self-motivated. You’ll take ownership and be creative in your approach to problem-solving, proposing and converting ideas into action, and quickly become integral to the success of the local and global Professional Services Group.
- Excellent customer support/coordination and organizational skills, developed in an enterprise business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong MS Office skills and experience
- Experience providing hardware, software, and/or service solutions to large accounts

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience within the IT and Technology industry
- Prior project coordination experience ideally pre-sales, implementation, and coordination
- Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology
