**About the opportunity**
The IT Service Coordinator sits within the Technology Operations function and supports the timely delivery of service delivery coordination financial and procurement services and support to internal and external customers, as well as administration functions for Technology Operations and Service.
This role coordinates the lifecycle of IT assets such as desktops, mobile devices, software licenses and their related maintenance contracts. The IT Service Coordinator supports the EUC Procurement and Provisioning Team Lead in management of the centralised procurement function, project coordination and supports IT Services teams to ensure they are in alignment with budgets.
**About you**
To be considered for this role, you need to be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and customer orientation. For us, the soft skills come first as we think technology can be learned if you have the aptitude and the passion for it.
Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a similar role within which you would have gained experience in:
- IT Procurement, IT Asset Management, and managing Purchase Orders
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Budget tracking/monitoring
- Supporting procurement processes for IT products and services in a complex and similar-scale enterprise environment
It would be highly beneficial if you also had experience using a service management workflow system such as ServiceNow and purchasing system such as JDE, Oracle etc.
