**About the Role**

Due to company growth, we are looking for a Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be coordinating the installation of building services for our projects to bring them to life.

You will be able to confidently work with CAD software, have strong math skills, and have a passion for delivering high quality and accurate work. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering graduate to start their career with a national main contractor.

**Duties**:

- Working within our ECI team to develop sustainable building services design in conjunction with services consultants and our trusted Trade Partners.
- Coordinating the building services installation, working with Trade Partners, mechanical, (HVAC) hydraulics, civil, fire, security, PA, and electrical elements of the project.
- Managing the installation of building and critical services to ensure compliance
- Working with the PM, Site Manager and Building Services Manager to ensure project delivery
- Attending client and site coordination meetings.
- Trade Partner management including understanding drawings, specifications, programs, and scope of works.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working on large scale commercial builds
- Experience in the installation of building services across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fire
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HVAC Mechanical Engineering or similar would be an advantage
