Claims Lodgement Consultant

**What will you be doing?**
You'll help us do what's right for our customers when they need to make a claim. You will be responsible for triaging with claims management to make sure customer claims are lodged with all the required information and steps. You will help the customer through each step with empathy and a caring, friendly attitude.
**Setting you up for success**
You'll be introduced to Tower over several weeks, learning who we are, our systems and our processes. Training hours will be Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm.
After training you'll move on to a nesting period where you're eased into the roll and start putting what you've learnt in to practice, supported by your leader and your new team. Your rotating roster will commence once you've completed training.

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Resilience in a busy environment
- Empathy and the ability to walk in the customers shoes
- High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Positive and passionate attitude
- Computer skills
