We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Property Claims team based in Auckland or Christchurch as a Claims Consultant - Commercial Property.

You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in managing end to end Commercial property with strong technical knowledge. You’ll be comfortable negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders, along with an ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and written.

**Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Managing both Material Damage, Contract Works and Business Interruption claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations.
- Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement.

**You show the following qualities**:

- A strong team player, and proactively taking measures to improve the existing processes.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of managing end to end claims process for commercial properties and working alongside domestic property team.
- Great people skills & strong analytical capabilities to work under pressure within the deadlines.
- The flexibility to adapt and evolve with the business.
