The Operations Coordinator is a member of the Facilities Team that is part of the Corporate Services Directorate. The Operations Coordinator will:

- Lead the coordination of the Facilities site team’s operations to guarantee the provision of facilities and assets that meet the highest standards of cleanliness, accessibility, and functionality
- Prioritise the safety and security of all facility users, creating an environment that fosters their well-being
- Take charge of managing compliance with Statutory and Health and Safety regulations concerning buildings, contractors, hazardous materials, energy utilization, environmental sustainability, and relevant standards and policies

As the ideal applicant you will have proven capability and experience in the following:

- Facilities Management Knowledge (or similar IE Events Management, Trade Management, Contractor Management)
- Problem-solving and ability to prioritise
- Financial Acumen (budgeting and cost control)
- Team Leadership and strong communication skills
- Basic Project Management (Plan, execute and monitor third-party contractor work)
- Trades Background (desirable, but not an absolute requirement)
