Multi-site Operations Manager

You will use POS data to create real-time Excel dashboards, efficiently allocate inventory across multiple sites, maintain strict quality standards, and ensure seamless integration of off-site inventory management. You must thrive under pressure, be willing to work on public holidays, and align with our values and long-term strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Advanced Data & Reporting**:
- Extract and analyze sales, inventory, and staffing data from multiple POS systems.
- Use advanced Excel functions (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, dashboards) to provide real-time insights.
- Drive strategic decisions on product launches, promotions, and resource allocation based on data-driven analysis, supporting our growth and future franchising aspirations.
**Multi-Site Operational Oversight & Quality Control**:
- Coordinate daily operations across three locations, ensuring consistent product quality, recipe adherence, and exceptional customer service.
- Swiftly address operational challenges, including equipment issues or supply disruptions, while upholding brand standards and efficiency.
**Strategic Inventory & Supply Chain Management (Including Off-Site Storage)**:
- Manage ordering, receiving, and distributing stock to each store, ensuring the availability of supplies.
- Oversee inventory in a separate storage facility, optimizing stock levels and ensuring secure, organized, and efficient inventory management.
- Organize and perform periodic transfers of stock from the off-site storage to stores to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
**Team Leadership & Future Franchise Preparation**:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff across multiple sites, building a team culture that reflects our values of creativity, community, sustainability, and quality.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote a supportive, cohesive work environment.
- Leverage your experience with franchise operations (if applicable) to inform future standardized protocols, training programs, and operational manuals that support eventual franchising.
**Strategic Sales & Marketing Execution**:
- Collaborate with the business owner to develop data-driven promotions, seasonal offerings, and new product lines, including healthy dessert options and specialty beverages.
- Adjust operations swiftly in response to evolving market trends, customer feedback, and strategic objectives.
**Compliance & Governance**:
- Enforce all regulatory requirements, including food safety standards, food licensing and health and safety across all sites and storage areas.
- Maintain transparent records of compliance measures, operational changes, and inventory movements, ensuring integrity, accountability, and trust.
**Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years in a complex, data-intensive, fast-paced hospitality management role, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
- Previous experience working in or managing a franchise outlet/store is highly desirable, as we plan to develop a franchise model in the future.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, dashboards) and the ability to translate raw POS data into actionable insights.
- Proven aptitude for logístical problem-solving, including inter-site and off-site inventory management, equipment allocation, and efficient resource utilization.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain operational excellence under high-pressure conditions and fluctuating demand.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in staff training, performance management, and enforcing consistent standards across multiple teams.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and a rotating roster (Monday - Sunday) with no fixed days off, reflecting the dynamic nature of our industry.
