- As Product Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Digital Platform Services by supporting our Service leads and their teams in delivering digital innovation to our clients and eliciting feedback to help drive the platform roadmap to increase adoption and business value.- You will work on a range of strategic initiatives, covering platform services across our Digital Solutions Platform Moata in New Zealand and globally. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, your responsibilities will range from building customer driven roadmaps, to working with each service team to drive quality and pace of output to deliver maximum value to our business- The role with based in the Platform Services Team within the Group Digital team, which collaborates with our Regional Hub Teams, both in the New Zealand, and worldwide. The Platform Services team is a portfolio of enabling services that are managed as a collective Product. These services interact with other products (and services) as both a customer and technical architect to support/enforce consistent patterns across the Moata Platform.- As Product Manager, you’ll need lots of energy, a great attitude and passion for world-class products and services**What you will do**
- Translating product strategy into communicable roadmaps and deliberate development actions to achieve our vision, “engineering innovation on demand”
- Discovering the best way to deliver value to customers by collaborating on product discovery techniques, such as rapid prototypes, wireframes, mock-ups and running A/B tests.
- Ensuring the voice of client (internal and external) has a key role to play in our development backlogs and that investment is value driven via user needs and stays true to the ethos of our services, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the development, scoping and defining backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the agile software development team, where appropriate.
- Working with the Regional Strategy and Engagement Consultant to support implementation of the Product /Service campaigns to drive towards increased awareness, uptake, and generation of high-quality content i.e. release notes, internal comms and working with our regional comms teams.
