**Your new company**
Our client is a well known name within the construction industry and they have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially savvy HR Generalist to join them working on a new, large scale project.

**Your new role**
Working alongside the People & Culture Manager, you'll work as part of a small team delivering operational HR activities, as well as assisting with strategic planning to support the organisation to meet the projects objectives, Responsibilities will include
- Resourcing and Workforce Planning
- Performance and Development
- Employment Relations
- Managing Internal Communications
- Stakeholder Management
- Policies and Procedures

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be a highly capable HR professional with proven experience working in generalist HR with a thorough understanding of NZ employment legislation. You'll be comfortable working in a complex environment and have the ability to work effectively in times of ambiguity utilising your exceptional problem solving and influencing skills.

Your stakeholder management skills will be top class and you'll work as trusted advisor across the management team. Ideally you'll have experience managing internal communications across all levels and will be proactive in liaising with key people across the business and keeping on top of change.

Ideally you'll have experience working in the Construction industry although not essential for the right person.

**What you'll get in return**
