**Why Beca?**
Our clients are transforming communities and changing lives. We are the problem-solvers - the thinkers, the creators, the planners and practitioners - who understand the vision of our clients and make things happen As we progress through our second century, we’re excited about the fresh talent we’re nurturing, the innovative thinking we’re developing and the connections we’re forging.
**The Opportunity**
Our highly productive, solutions-orientated and close-knit shared services People Advice team is the first point of contact for all HR generalist queries for the New Zealand business. Our team strives to ‘make everyday better’ by delivering exceptional customer service for our employees and people leaders. Working collaboratively, the team supports each other, shares knowledge and problem-solve together, having fun and a good laugh along the way.
The current opportunity is for an HR Advisor to join People Advice, incorporated within Beca’s wider People & Culture team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of internal customer service, by responding to people-related queries, while building the capability of our people leaders, coaching them through employee relations case work and supporting with training sessions, change management processes and projects.

You have a “can do” attitude, passionate about creating and building connections across all levels of the organisation. Practical and logical, you don’t shy away from tricky conversations, thriving on working ‘in the grey’ and guiding toward solutions. Delivering professional, timely service is important to you. You love to get involved and support the team, taking an active role and contributing to the culture of our team.
