**Job Summary**:
A Project Administrator in New Zealand is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.

**2. Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Provide regular updates on project status to relevant parties.

**3. Budget and Resource Support**:

- Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenses.
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization.

4. Risk and Compliance:

- Identify and document potential risks and issues.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

5. Administrative Support:

- Manage project-related correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team.

**Job pre-requisites**:

- **Two years of relevant experience, including but not limited to management or administration; Alternatively, a relevant tertiary qualification is required, including but not limited to commerce, economics, accounting, and management.**:

- Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deal with urgent requests.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
