**About the role**:
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Auckland team. To thrive in this position, you will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and will have strong communication skills. In return, you will have the opportunity to grow your administration skillset and will be working in a positive, high performing team environment.
**Duties**:
- Carrying out administrative duties for the Project Manager and Site Manager
- Schedule meetings and record minutes
- Tracking expenses
- Act as point of contact for project participants
- Collecting paperwork from sub-contractors
- Ensuring timesheets are completed daily and by due date/time on a fortnightly basis
- Carrying out site inductions
- Health and Safety checks and reporting
**Skills and Experience**:
- At least 6 months in a similar role
- High level of attention-to-detail and the ability to produce highly accurate documents efficiently
- Ability to prioritise and deliver on tight time frames, with flexibility to meet competing priorities
- Experience working with numbers/accounts experience is beneficial
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- High level of computer literacy
- Can do, proactive attitude
