**The Opportunity**

Are you looking for an opportunity to be a People Business Partner to a rapidly scaling tech team?

Based in Hamilton, NZ, this role will play a key role in enabling exceptional employee experiences within our Security team, helping to support, empower and drive a high performing, highly engaged workforce. You’ll be collaborating with the wider People & Brand team as we grow and evolve to support the organisation.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- A natural affinity for becoming a true partner to the business, influencing decision making whilst balancing people and business outcomes
- To be a genuine team player, relationship builder and someone who strives to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
- A proven track record in operating in hands on People function roles
- Top-notch employee relations knowledge and skills
- You'll also be working with our Organisational Development and People Operations team to amplify our innovative culture, creating meaningful employee experiences for our people at each and every moment that matters, lifting our EVP to the next level.
