**The Opportunity**

As our Health and Safety Business Partner you will be hands on, working closely with our operational teams and leadership, facilitating, engaging, and coaching to deliver a proactive risk management approach to ensure better work outcomes. You will also provide guidance and advise on all matters relating to Health and Safety to our wider organisation.

In this role, you will enjoy working autonomously and will need to be self-motivated and an innovative thinker who can facilitate practical health and safety solutions.

**To be successful in this role you will need**
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar Health and Safety role
- Expert understanding of New Zealand Health and Safety laws, regulations, and current best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be a genuine team player, someone who strives to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
