**Job Description**:
This role is part of a regional P&C team and will partner with managers and leaders to provide high quality service and advice that supports the success of regional delivery. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, in this true generalist role you will work closely with the business, whilst also having the opportunity to be part of national projects in speciality people areas.

You will be involved in delivering and implementing frameworks, policies and standards, developing talent, supporting and coaching managers to navigate through change and creating solutions that improve both individual and organisational capability.

**Qualifications**:
As an accomplished HR professional with approximately four years Senior HR Advisory or Business Partner experience, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment skilfully navigating the ever-changing HR landscape. Your deep understanding of environments that promote and encourage cultural connection, combined with your expertise in human resources, allows you to seamlessly align HR strategies with the unique needs and challenges of wider teams.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills, resilience, and ability to build rapport and influence others are crucial to your success in this role, as you embrace the opportunity to lean in and collaborate closely with others as a trusted partner.
