**What You’ll be Doing**

As a key member of our Group H&S team, you’ll:

- Champion Gallagher’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) strategy across regions, tailoring initiatives to support local relevance and impact
- Support business units to shift from reliance on central HSE functions to confident, proactive safety leadership
- Develop regional roadmaps that guide each location in building capability, systems, and a strong safety culture
- Coach managers and supervisors to lead safety with confidence and clarity
- Lead serious incident investigations and ensure learnings are embedded
- Facilitate risk reviews and empower sites to take charge of their assurance processes
- Partner with leaders to embed HSE into everyday decision-making
- Monitor performance trends and translate data into meaningful action
- Promote psychological safety and model values-based leadership

**What You’ll Bring**

We’re looking for someone with:

- A relevant qualification in Health & Safety or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in H&S roles across varied jurisdictions
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership development skills
- Deep knowledge of NZ and Australian H&S legislation
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive change
