**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Leader or Senior Business Partner to partner at the Executive level to help us make an impact across our global workforce more quickly and systematically than we have been able to do before. Reporting to our People & Brand Executive, and partnering with leaders across NZ, Australia, and North America, you will lead the people portfolio for our Animal Management business, setting and executing the people strategy in conjunction with your team and People and Brand leadership peers and colleagues. In this role you will directly lead two People Business Partners based abroad but also indirectly lead and develop other members of the People team as part of relevant communities of practice. As a key member of the People & Brand leadership team you will also contribute to and have impact at the Group level in high impact strategic talent projects.

**What we're looking for**:

- A proven track record operating in strategic and commercial People functions in medium to large businesses, as well as being hands on when needed
- Global experience outside of NZ is highly desirable
- A natural affinity for becoming a true partner to senior leadership team members, influencing decision making whilst balancing people and business outcomes
- Top-notch employee relations knowledge and skills
- A genuine team player, relationship builder and someone who strives to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
