**In this role you will**:
Partner with managers and leaders to provide high quality service and reliable advice that supports the success of regional delivery, kaimahi (staff) and ākonga (learners).

Deliver frameworks, policies, and standards as developed through the People, Culture and Wellbeing communities of practice.

Be involved in PCW communities of practice contributing to the design and development of consistent, high-quality frameworks, policies, and standards.

The People Culture and Wellbeing team will together foster the development of values-based culture and aligned leadership within Te Pūkenga.
