We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our business in Hamilton, supporting our Waikato based manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will provide guidance and business partnering to the operational function of our business and play a key supporting role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will develop our internal dashboards and metrics, provide analytical reporting, modelling and business cases, supported by a small team of site accountants.

Tertiary qualified with at least 7-10 years industry experience, your accomplishments will show you have achieved success in dynamic business environments and will testify to your business acumen and analytical skills. You will need to be a strategic thinker, self-motivated, positive and persistent and be able to communicate effectively within the company at all levels, as well as with outside parties.
