We are looking for a strategic Franchise Business Coach to help rejuvenate a well-known franchise.

The successful applicant will have the ability to empower and lift leadership capability across stores, to ultimately improve customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

Crucially you will have had multi-site experience, preferably in a franchised environment. Experience working with teams across a number of areas or functions would be highly desirable.

You will be a collaborative team player, developing and implementing strategy to support the Franchisees and to create more effective stores with a customer-centric focus. Strong communication skills are required for this position.

Strong commercial acumen and a process-improvement mentality will see you do well in this role. You will be proactive, approachable, and be able to come to the table with a positive attitude and fresh ideas.

You will be in charge of coaching approximately 12 franchisees, some with multiple stores. This role reports into a supportive National Franchise Manager.

This role will preferably be based in Wellington, though is open to applicants within the lower North Island's big cities.

This role will be 50% travel based (mostly in your region) and comes with a company car.
