Driving retail technology solutions and developments, you will contribute to positioning the ARG for future omni channel success. **In this Role** - Developing and Implementing Strategies: Create and execute strategies to improve franchise performance, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Ensuring Compliance: Ensure all franchise locations comply with company standards, local laws, and regulations related to the sale of alcohol. - Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to franchisees on store operations, product knowledge, customer service, and compliance with legal requirements. - Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze sales data, financial reports, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring smooth operations and positive relationships. - Business Planning: Assist franchisees in developing and implementing business plans, setting goals, and creating action plans to achieve them. - Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with Marketing team to implement marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. - Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify areas for improvement. - New Franchisee Onboarding: Oversee the selection, recruitment, and onboarding of new franchisees, ensuring they are well-prepared to operate their stores successfully. - Regular Meetings: Organize and facilitate regular meetings with franchisees to discuss performance, goals, and operational issues. **You're Likely a Match If** - 5+ years’ experience in a similar role - Previous field team management experience - Previous project management experience influencing internal and external parties - Lead and influence at senior levels - Strong selling, influencing and negotiation skills - Exceptional communication skills, including presentations to groups - Strong commercial acumen - Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
