Our client has an excellent opportunity available for a switched on and inquisitive individual who is looking to further their experience within a well known and supportive organization dedicated to connecting people, businesses and communities across Aotearoa.
The purpose of the Franchise Information Specialist role is to enable the business to effectively manage the information relating to their contract system and the services being provided by external contractors.
As there have been some recent changes to this area of the business, this opportunity would suit an individual who is looking to evolve within their role and would bring a curious mind to everything they do.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensuring service delivery documentation is appropriately translated into Franchise Operations manuals (and on-line systems), as well as augmenting with contract specific information or development of documentation specific to services under contract.
- Support implementation of the Customer Service Delivery integrated contracting strategy, ensuring this same focus is applied to management of contract service delivery information
- Development and maintenance of contract document management systems and supporting processes enabling the business to effectively manage the contract documentation relating to services provided by external contractors (including updates / amendments / variations and version management)
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Document management systems experience - Sharepoint experience would be a distinct advantage
- SOP / Process documentation experience
- A track record demonstrating continuous improvement
- A curious mind and team focus
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
