As our North Island Franchise Support Manager for the Robert Harris Café Franchise network, you will be a vital connection point between the franchise and our Café Franchisees. In this dynamic role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with Franchisees in your remit, supporting them in delivering the standards of the Robert Harris Franchise system. No two days will be the same as you work through day-to-day challenges within the hospitality industry and opportunities to grow. Your responsibilities will include inducting and advising new franchises and visiting sites (equally having conversations over the phone).
- In this role, you will act as_:

- **The promoter**: Introducing our systems and standards to drive operational excellence and enhance brand integrity.
- **The regulator**: Ensuring consistent implementation and compliance, minimising risks and optimising operational efficiencies.
- **The Coach**: Empower franchisees with strategies to achieve profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Robert Harris brand, while also providing a visionary approach to guide them toward long-term success.

**About You**:

You will have a solid background in hospitality, along with experience in developing and supporting training programs. The ability to make informed decisions and provide relevant advice to various franchise owners is essential for driving performance and achieving business objectives. Resilience and flexibility are also essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. As a confident and empathetic communicator, you will excel at building strong relationships with franchisees, empowering them to reach their goals. A proactive mindset and a dedication to fostering the growth and profitability of our franchise network will make you the perfect fit for this position.
